Lujoro started with Irma Wietses — a goldsmith in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, member of the Dutch Guild of Goldsmiths and the BNO. She makes wedding rings, bespoke pieces and jewelry that gives heirloom gold a second life. And all those years she watched the same thing happen: real goldsmiths being pushed out of the market by mass production dressed up as craft.
Together with her husband Egbert, who builds platforms and software, she decided to make the tool the craft was missing: a place where customers discover makers through their wórk, where a deposit is not a leap of faith because money is released per milestone, and where the maker stays the maker — with their own name, face and signature.
What we stand for
- ✓ Every profile is a real, independent goldsmith — never a factory.
- ✓ Honest prices, no discount theater with crossed-out amounts.
- ✓ Reviews come exclusively from completed, paid commissions.
- ✓ Everything around a commission is private unless the customer shares.
