What does Lujoro cost me? +
Nothing, unless we bring you a customer: then we charge 15% on that transaction. Listing, profile and import are free.
What if the customer does not pay? +
They cannot not pay: the sketch phase is prepaid, and execution only starts once the full amount is in escrow — with the sketch fee and material paid out to you immediately.
Do I have to run all my commissions through Lujoro? +
No. Lujoro is an extra channel next to your own shop and website — no exclusivity.
Who owns my photos and data? +
You do. You can edit your profile anytime or have it removed; your work then disappears from the platform.
I am in the directory but never asked for it — what is this? +
The directory only shows factual, public business information, like a phone book. Claim the profile to manage it, or mail privacy@lujoro.com to have it removed.
