Guldsmed i Napoli

The Borgo Orefici, between Via Marina and the Rettifilo around Piazzetta Orefici, has been the quarter of Naples’ goldsmiths since the fourteenth century: the guild was recognised by Queen Joanna I of Anjou, and at the end of the seventeenth century the viceroy concentrated all workshops there by law. The city’s oldest ateliers are still here, next to independent goldsmiths who make to measure. Through Lujoro you commission one of them with protected payment.
