Free
Your listing, profile, portfolio and the website import. No subscription, no onboarding fees.
15%
Only on transactions with customers who arrive through Lujoro, including their follow-up orders for 12 months — settled at payout. Your own clients remain your own clients.
No fine print
No notice period, no exclusivity. Your work and data remain yours; gone is gone.
What you get
Deposits without the awkwardness
You never sketch for free: the customer pays the sketch phase up front. On acceptance the customer pays everything into escrow and you receive the sketch fee and material money immediately — order gold without fronting it.
A client portal that builds trust
Your customer follows sketches, wax models and casting day from your bench — approving step by step.
Your collection in two minutes
We scan your existing website and stage your work as drafts. You decide what goes live.
Findability your own site lacks
City pages, collection pages and six languages — optimized to be found by people who want something made.
Reviews that mean something
Ratings can only come from a completed, paid transaction. No anonymous stars.
Protection at delivery
Protected, tracked shipping with signature is the standard — your proof against "never received".

Frequently asked questions
What does Lujoro cost me? +
Nothing, unless we bring you a customer: then we charge 15% on that transaction. Listing, profile and import are free.
What if the customer does not pay? +
They cannot not pay: the sketch phase is prepaid, and execution only starts once the full amount is in escrow — with the sketch fee and material paid out to you immediately.
Do I have to run all my commissions through Lujoro? +
No, there is no exclusivity: your own clients remain yours, even if they arrive through Lujoro. A new client who finds you through Lujoro is served through the platform until 12 months after their last Lujoro order; in return you get payment security, the material advance, reviews and mediation. After that they are simply your client.
Who owns my photos and data? +
You do. You can edit your profile anytime or have it removed; your work then disappears from the platform.
I am in the directory but never asked for it — what is this? +
The directory only shows factual, public business information, like a phone book. Claim the profile to manage it, or mail info@lujoro.com to have it removed.
Who is the seller: me or Lujoro? +
You. The sale or commission contract is between you and the client. Lujoro is not a party; it handles the payment, the escrow and the communication.
Who carries the risk when a client sends their own gold or stones? +
During shipping the client does, as the sender: advise insured, registered shipping, or have it brought in person. Once received, treat it like any material entrusted to you. Note the weight and condition in the chat so it is in the commission record.
Who protects the shipment, and who pays if something goes wrong? +
You ship tracked, with signature on delivery; the cost is part of your price. When selling to consumers the risk stays with the seller until delivery. Ateliers with protected shipping are covered by Lujoro's shipping protection with Figural; otherwise the carrier's own cover applies. Lujoro mediates based on the tracking.
What if a client is unhappy with custom work afterwards? +
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom work. The client approves your proposal (design, price, material) before paying, and that approval is on record. In a dispute we freeze the remaining amount and mediate based on the quote, the approval, progress updates and tracking.
Who decides when a payment is released? +
The client pays the sketch phase up front. Once your proposal is accepted the full amount sits in escrow and the material part (up to 70%) is paid to you straight away. The rest is released when the client confirms delivery, or automatically 14 days after delivery if there is no response or dispute.
What if a client keeps asking for changes? +
The sketch phase is paid, so endless free sketching does not exist. The design is fixed once the client accepts and pays for your proposal. Anything different after that is a new agreement: you may decline or quote extra.
What is the 15% calculated on? +
On the total the client pays through Lujoro, including material; that is a consumer price including VAT. For goldsmiths in the Netherlands our VAT (21%) is included in the 15% and deductible; elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number it is reverse charged. You receive a monthly invoice.
How does VAT work on orders through Lujoro? +
You are the seller, so you charge and pay VAT on the full sale amount, as with any other sale. Lujoro only invoices you the platform fee.
Are you in it?
Chances are your atelier is already in our directory of 1,100+ goldsmiths.
