Shipping and returns

Every piece on Lujoro is shipped by the goldsmith who made it. This is what to expect from shipping, delivery and returns on a direct purchase.

Shipping is included

The price shown on a piece is the price you pay. Shipping is included, always protected and tracked, with a signature on delivery. The goldsmith ships from their own workshop.

When your piece arrives

A piece from stock is usually delivered in 4 to 8 days within the maker's own country, 6 to 11 days within Europe and 9 to 18 days beyond. At checkout you see the estimated delivery date for your address. A made-to-order piece adds the lead time shown on the piece.

Confirmation within 48 hours

After your payment the goldsmith confirms within 48 hours that the piece is available. Until then your payment is held; if no confirmation comes, the full amount is refunded automatically.

Returns within 14 days

A piece from stock can be returned within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Tell us through your order and you receive the workshop's return address. Send the piece back in its original condition, insured and tracked. Return shipping is at your cost unless agreed otherwise.

Custom work is excluded

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to your specifications, as EU consumer law provides. That covers commissions, made-to-order pieces and pieces adapted for you, such as an engraving or a ring size on request.

Refunds

Once the goldsmith has received the piece in good condition, the full purchase price is refunded within 14 days to the payment method you used.

Damaged or not as described

If a piece arrives damaged or differs from its description, tell us within 14 days of receipt through your order. Lujoro mediates on the basis of the order file, the photos and the tracking, and arranges repair, replacement or a refund with the goldsmith.
